The knives are made according to our own design or according to the customers’ requirements. All knives are brazed in a vacuum and therefore have tight tolerances. The dimensional accuracy is checked during production and documented during the final inspection. The knives are ground to the tightest tolerances. A plane parallelism – depending on the material and design – of 0,01 mm is guaranteed.

All Pelletizer Blades are available in D2 tool steel, M2 and PM material.
